NETTLE ~ BLADDERWRACK TONIC Hypothyroid Remedy
Sold in 1 Oz. bottle, larger sizes available by special order.
A blend of the liquid extracts of:
~~ Bladderwrack thallus (Fucus vesiculosus) 30%
~~ Eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus) 25%
~~ Nettle seed (Urtica dioica) 25%
~~ Black Peppercorns (Piper nigrum) 10%
~~ Prickly Ash bark (Zanthoxylum clava-herculis) 10%
~~ Dried
Action: Provides nutritional iodine to the thyroid gland and increases its metabolic activity. Supports and increases overall metabolism of the body.
Uses: Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid gland) and simple goiter. Especially indicated when hypothyroid condition is associated with lethargy, lack of energy and obesity.
Dose: Take 30 to 50 drops in water, three times per day.
Adjunct Therapy: For associated poor circulation and coldness of hands and feet, take 20 to 40 drops of Warming Circulation Tonic with each dose of the above.
Cautions: Do not use in cases of hyperthyroid (overactive thyroid). Thyroid disease can be a serious health problem and should be treated by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Do not take during pregnancy or nursing.
