CHOLESTEROL HEALTH TONIC Tonic for Maintaining a Healthy Cholesterol Level

A blend of the liquid extracts of:
~~ Artichoke leaf & flower bud (Cynara scolymus) 30%
~~ Hawthorn berry, leaf & flower (Crataegus spp.) 30%
~~ Turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa) 20%
~~ Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare) 20%

Actions: Enhances production and flow of liver bile (cholagogue). Helps lower concentration of fats, cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. Protects the liver and facilitates its detoxification.

Uses: Hypercholesterol and hyperlipidemia with excessive levels of cholesterol, fats and triglycerides. Especially indicated as adjunct therapy in treatment of arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular disease associated with high cholesterol and fatty deposits. For general support and mild detoxification of liver and gallbladder. Poor digestion of fats. Fatty degeneration of the liver.

Dose: Take 30 to 50 drops in water, two or three times per day. Best taken after meals.

Adjunct Therapy: Healthy Liver Tonic can be useful for support and cleansing of the liver and gallbladder. Take 30 to 40 drops of this compound with each dose of Healthy Cholesterol Tonic. A healthy, low-fat diet is of utmost importance in the treatment of hypercholesterol. However, the use of unrefined, cold-pressed olive and sesame oils can be beneficial.

Contraindications & Cautions: Large doses may produce nausea in some sensitive persons. Seek expert medical care in cases of hypercholesterol, hyperlipidemia and liver disease.
