(Limited Edition) Because we hand dip most of our cones ourselves the amounts vary from batch to batch. Any odd amounts left over from packaging are placed into a bin until we have enough to make up the chaotic assortment. 2 cones of one fragrance, 4 of another, so chaotic a mix even we don't know what's in it, hence the name. 13 cones to a package.
