PROPOLIS ~ ECHINACEA Herbal Throat Spray Soothing Antiseptic for Throat & Mouth

Sold in 1 Oz. bottle, larger sizes available by special order.

A blend of the liquid extracts of:
~~ Echinacea root (Echinacea purpurea) 17%
~~ Propolis (Resina propoli) 17%
~~ Hyssop leaf & flower (Hyssopus officinalis) 17%
~~ Sage leaf (Salvia officinalis) 17%
** St. John's Wort flowering tops (Hypericum perforatum) 17%
Vegetable Glycerine, USP 15%

** Fresh ~~ Dried

Action: Antiseptic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory to inflamed and infected tissues of mouth, gums, throat and skin. Fights infection, relieves swelling and soothes pain.

Uses: Specifically indicated in infected sore throat, and enlarged tonsils of tonsillitis. Can also be useful in the treatment of pharyngitis and laryngitis, and to heal sores and ulcerations of the mouth, gums and throat. This spray can also be useful in the treatment of cuts, scratches, abrasions, sores and ulcerations of the skin.

Dose: Spray onto affected area(s) 2 or 3 times, and repeat every 1/2-hour, hour or two hours according to severity of symptoms. Be careful not to spray into the eyes.

Adjunct Therapy: Echinacea Extract can be very helpful in fighting inflammation & infection associated with sore throat and tonsillitis. Three to 6 times per day take 30 to 40 drops in water. For very sore throat or severe mouth sores, gargle or rinse mouth 3 to 5 times per day with a solution made of 40 drops Myrrh Extract in 2 ounces of water. For associated swollen lymph glands of throat and/or neck, take 2 or 3 times per day one or more of the following extracts mixed in a little water: Echinacea Extract (30 to 40 drops), Ceanothus Extract (30 to 40 drops), or Stillingia Extract (15 to 25 drops).

Cautions: Because of its alcohol content, this spray can sting when first applied to open sores, ulcerations or broken skin. However, the pain is short-lived and soon passes. Some of the conditions above could be a serious health threat that requires treatment by a qualified healthcare practitioner , especially strep throat, or when there is high or consistent fever or severe pain.
